TRISTAN, ISEULT, & KING MARK

Another one of my favorite medieval stories, full of personal resonance at every turn.
There are several symbols in this image that will be apparent to those familiar with the story, and more so to those who know some of its Celtic origins. Like every wise old tale we may see a part of ourselves living in each character, at different times.

- Rebirth and cycles of healing — & wounds that never fully heal, opened again and again.

- Love as both bond and sentence
